What can I use my eDEN for?

eDEN’s are built to the exacting standards required for new homes and are therefore fully insulated, draught proofed, heated and suitable for all year round use. What is included in the price of my eDEN?

Site survey, plans, foundations, timber frame manufacture & erection, external cladding, internal plasterboarding, painting, internal electrics & lighting, thermo efficient windows and doors and wood flooring.

Does my eDEN require planning permission?

Under new regulations that came into effect 1st October 2008 eDEN’s (outbuildings) are considered to be permitted development, not requiring planning permission, subject to a few limits and conditions. It is the ultimate responsibility of the home/land owner to ensure their eDEN meets Planning & Building Regulations, although we are on hand to give advice and support.

Will my eDEN be built using sustainable construction methods?

YES! eDEN is designed and constructed by a team which is passionate about eco development and sustainable construction methods. The team is drawn from industry experts who have worked on various, ground breaking projects - leading the way in sustainable design and construction in the garden room industry.

What foundation structure does the eDEN require?

The eDEN team will take full responsibility of the foundations and ensure they are prepared perfectly.

How long will it take to install an eDEN?

Once we arrive on site we will aim to have your eDEN completed and ready for use within 15 days. Once we have completed your eDEN we will clear up after ourselves and remove any rubbish or debris so you can enjoy your beautiful eDEN from the minute our vehicle pulls away from your house!

How much will an eDEN cost me?

An eDEN is a high specification garden room and is built with the quality and construction methods of a new home, therefore the price of an eDEN should be compared with the price and inconvenience of an extension rather than the price of a shed.

The eDEN is an affordable investment to your home which will not only add extra valuable space but will also add value to the price of your home if you come to sell in the future.

For your very own eDEN prices start from £1050 per square metre (within 25 mile radius of Canterbury, Kent).

Will I get a guarantee with my eDEN?

Of course, you will get an INSURANCE BACKED 10 year guarantee covering the structure of the building.

Can I have an eDEN specifically designed for my requirements?

We have a number of standard size eDENs, if however, you would like to create your own size and specification then we certainly have the expertise to work with you and design your own, bespoke eDEN. Simply let us know what you are thinking and we would love to get working on some plans and prices!

What next?

Once you have received our brochure and would like to take things to the next stage you can either come along to our showroom for a private viewing where you will be able to see the quality of eDEN or we will happily come and visit you in your home.

When we visit your home our main purpose of the visit will be to listen to what you want for your garden room and help turn your ideas into reality. Together we can draw up some ideas which will be taken back to the team to pull together a guide price estimate.

Once you are happy with the guide price we can organise for our technical surveyor to visit the proposed site and get exact measurements and proper drawings will be created. Then we will agree a payment and installation plan before ordering the timber to starting creating your own eDEN!
