When designing eDEN we make sure we choose high quality, eco friendly, fixtures and fittings to create durable Garden Rooms which will remain a beautiful feature in your garden for many years to come. eDEN is designed and constructed by our team of skilled specialists who will take full responsilibity from laying the foundations to picking up the last piece of litter as we vacate your garden.

Foundations: Always included in the overall cost and undertaken by eDEN's team of specialists.

Structure: Timber Frame precision engineered and manufactured in our Canterbury factory working with sophisticated CAD technology. All timber is sustainably sourced.

Roof: Single Ply Membrane. If you would like a living/green or sedum roof this is always an option (at extra cost).

Insulation: Always to building regs standard and achieves high U-Values.

Exterior cladding: Timber clad in Western Red Cedar or Larch.  Powder coated aluminum fascias.

Door and window frames: Thermo efficient, double glazed bi-folding doors with a range of standard colour colour aluminium powder coated frame (all inward opening). 

Walls: Finished and painted in your choice of colour, with the option of a feature walls and built in cupboard systems.

Flooring: Engineered real wood flooring.

Vertigarden: Vertical planting system. To irrigate Vertigarden a solar powered, rain water harvesting system can be installed which is environmentally friendly and negates the need for additional plumbing to the site.

Electrics: The internal electrics will be supplied by eDEN and will include stainless steel faced light switches and double sockets. Electrical power to eDEN is the responsibility of the owner.

Plumbing: If the additionally priced option of a toilet and sink is requested the quote will include the price of the internal plumbing only. Water and waste supplies to eDEN is the responsibility of the owner.
